02 Summary
No tracking. No ads. No comments. No user accounts. I do not log anything myself. Only a contact form.
03 Hosting and server logs
The site runs on an external hosting provider. For technical reasons, short-term server logs may be created (IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, status code).
Purpose: operation, security, error diagnosis.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
I do not analyze these logs. Retention is defined by the hosting provider.
04 Contact form
Data: name, email, message, any optional details you enter.
Purpose: handling your request and follow-ups.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
Storage: entries are saved in WordPress/Elementor database and delivered to my email inbox.
Deletion: after the conversation is finished, at the latest after 6 months, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Recipients: my hosting provider and email service. No disclosure for marketing purposes.
05 Cookies / local storage
No tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary functions of the hosting/WordPress stack.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) – essential for basic website functionality.
No consent banner required under GDPR, as only essential cookies are used.
06 Embedded content / third-party services
No external embeds (no third-party videos, maps, or web fonts). No reCAPTCHA. No social media buttons.
This means no automatic data transfer to third parties when you visit this website.
07 Source of data and necessity
All personal data comes directly from you via the contact form.
Name and email are required to process and respond to your inquiry. Message content is voluntary but necessary to understand your request.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

09 Security
Transport encryption: HTTPS/TLS for all connections.
Updates: Regular updates of WordPress, theme, and plugins.
Access control: Administrative access only by me (Cedric Kouadio).
Backups: Regular backups for disaster recovery, stored securely with hosting provider.
10 International transfers
No planned transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA.
Hosting and email services are located within the European Union.
11 Changes to this policy
I will update this privacy notice if technology, legal requirements, or services change.
